Porch helps businesses recommend parking to the people visiting them.

Porch is a mobile application owned and operated by APB Industries LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”). These terms cover your use of the Porch app, website and informational services provided by the Company.

Porch is a free informational service. It helps visitors choose parking recommended by a business or by the service. These terms do not make APB Industries LLC a parking operator, an agent of every listed business, or a party to your agreement with a business or operator.

Visits, parking and availability

A visit request is pending until the business accepts it. Selecting parking records a preference; it does not reserve a space, take payment or grant a right to enter. Check the business's confirmation and the operator's signs, access rules and current charges. Hours, recommendations and availability can change.

Keep your guest session or business sign-in secure. You are responsible for the information and requests you submit. Do not impersonate a business, send fraudulent requests, misuse another person's data, interfere with the service or submit material you lack permission to use. We may restrict misuse and review reports sent to hello@porchpark.app.

Business responsibilities

By submitting a business profile or ownership claim, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business and that the information is accurate. Email confirmation, location evidence and publication do not certify ownership or parking rights. Only recommend customer access that you are entitled to offer, and keep your details current.

Use guest information only to handle the requested visit and necessary service communications. Do not sell it, use it for unrelated marketing or disclose it to unauthorized people. Limit staff access, protect account credentials and notify us promptly about misuse or an incident affecting Porch data. The business remains responsible for its staff and its independent handling of guest information.

External services and limits

Maps, navigation, external business information and services reached through links have their own terms and privacy practices. APB Industries LLC does not control their independent operations or promise uninterrupted availability or error-free information. Our own data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Porch is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. APB Industries LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service to the extent such limits are lawful. These limits do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any responsibility or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

California law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Material revisions will be published here and communicated where appropriate. Where acceptance is required, a revision does not replace the version you accepted until the required acceptance is obtained.

Sources and checks

Sources vary by place and by detail. Information may be derived from or checked against geographic datasets, official parking operators’ websites, directories and details supplied by businesses. Checks may include on-site visual checks of addresses, posted rates and signs; this does not mean every place has been visited or every detail independently verified.

Some parking locations and outlines contain information from, or derived from, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0.

Historical parking-lot information also uses or is checked against Parking Lots (2014) from LARIAC. Credit: County of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County Enterprise GIS and Pictometry International. The County’s published dataset terms permit reuse and request County attribution. Historical outlines do not establish current availability, prices or customer access.

Our responsibility

APB Industries LLC accepts responsibility for lawful collection and use of information. We undertake to respect applicable source licenses and third-party rights, review corrections and rights concerns, and correct or remove material where required. Contact hello@porchpark.app.

Source licenses apply to the corresponding material, not automatically to the whole catalog. The ODbL includes conditions beyond attribution, including share-alike and access requirements where applicable. A source credit does not imply endorsement or permission to park. Follow on-site signs and the operator’s current conditions.

Reusing Porch content

Do not copy or republish Porch’s original recommendation presentations or compilations without permission from APB Industries LLC, to the extent their original text, design, selection or arrangement is legally protected. This restriction does not limit rights granted by the ODbL or other open-data licenses, or uses permitted by law. APB Industries LLC does not claim exclusive rights over raw facts, public-domain data or third-party material.
